Tomorrow is the Big Day!!

We have all been very busy organising the last little bits. We cannot wait to Welcome you all back!!

We will be open from Friday 30th April at 11.30 am till 3pm stopping food at 2pm, 5.30pm till it gets too cold!!!! and the same on Saturdays.

Sundays we will be open ...12pm till 4pm.

Just for the time being we will be Closed Monday and Tuesdays.

But we will be open this Bank Holiday Monday, May 3rd serving food from 11.30 am till 2pm

From Wednesday 5th May, we will be open lunches on Weds and Thursday but will be closed in the evening until the 17th May when we can finally invite you all inside. We will be running a slightly limited menu but not to worry, we will still many of our delicious dishes.

Takeaway will still continue, but at least you can treat yourself to a drink while you wait!

We are very excited about this next chapter and we cannot wait to get back into the swing of things and be fully operational very soon.

A little history 
The Squire and Horse was built in the 16th century when it was originally known as The White Horse, It has been a family run freehouse by Nicholas and Wendy for over 15 years. Nicholas as the head chef originates from Australia, where he worked in many top restaurants such as Chez Oz in Sydney and Fanny’s in Melbourne where he won countless awards for his innovative and interesting food. The restaurant serves gastro style food, were we try to source as many local products and produce wherever possible.
